Coaching services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, clinical psychological counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you require clinical or medical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.

You agree to use Nûs House services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nûs House B.V., its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Interruption or unavailability of services
• Personal injury, emotional distress, or psychological harm
• Any damages arising from business decisions or life choices made based on coaching content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the services in question, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nûs House B.V., its owners, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Content you upload or share through our platform
• Your violation of others' privacy or rights

The arbitration shall take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nûs House reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Engagement in abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior

Upon termination, your right to use Nûs House services immediately ceases. Content you have provided may be retained for legal compliance, but access will be revoked. Termination does not affect your obligations under these terms.
